What are your prices and payment terms?

We charge by the hour for website design and ad-hoc consulting. We prefer to keep our hourly rates private, but they are very competitve for this industry.  Our lean organizational structure allows us to keep overhead and our prices lower than average.

Regarding payment terms, we request a retainer down-payment prior to commencement of work for new projects. Labor cost and expenses will be charged to the Retainer until the Retainer is depleted.  After the Retainer is depleted we will invoice you for actual labor cost and expenses.  Invoices are emailed or mailed monthly.
